Every Dog Has Its Day – Charity Auction
Bayleys North Shore will shortly be involved with one of this country’s biggest online charity auctions. From February 22-March 8, over 2000 sensational items will be on offer via Sella in a huge fundraising collaboration between the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind’s (RNZFB’s) Guide Dog Services and Bayleys Real Estate – principal sponsor of the RNZFB’s Guide Dog Services.
“The aim of the auction is to raise more than $500,000 which will go towards training many valuable guide dogs for blind and partially-sighted New Zealanders,” says Sue Stanaway, director of Bayleys North Shore.
“Since 2004, Bayleys as a group has generated $2million for the RNZFB’s Guide Dog Services and our team on the North Shore has always been right behind all of the fundraising initiatives.
“Everyone from Bayleys North Shore is currently sourcing items for the auction through their business and personal contacts and it’s heartening to see the response we are getting – the online auction will be amazing with everything from holiday and leisure packages, sporting goods and memorabilia, and a number of exciting items normally unable to be bought in the public domain.”
