New office and auction room

The new Bayleys Takapuna residential office will open on Monday 2 May at 28 Northcroft Street just down the road from the current premises, which are at 16 Northcroft Street, Takapuna.

“Our new premises are on a high-profile corner site at street level and feature plenty of parking for clients which is a real bonus. You won’t be able to miss us and we look forward to welcoming all clients old and new to our new space,” says Sue Stanaway, director of Bayleys North Shore.

“A major advantage for us is that the new building will boast an amazing space which we will use to hold our auctions so our clients will no longer have to travel into Auckland city on auction day.”

Bayleys North Shore has also secured a dedicated auctioneer to call all their residential auctions both in rooms and on-site when required and are very excited to have Daniel Coulson joining the team.

As a former winner of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand’s novice auctioneer’s competition, Daniel impressed industry experts with his innate understanding of the auction process and with his ability to engage bidders. He brings youth, enthusiasm and passion to the team and with 85% of Bayleys North Shore’s auction properties selling either under the hammer or within the auction campaign, Daniel’s skills will be put to great use on the Shore.

“Daniel is a young man with drive and total belief in the auction process. He will add value to our team and to our clients’ real estate experience and we look forward to showcasing his skills when our first auctions in the new premises get underway from mid-May,” says Sue.
